Shipping within Australia

JRB Precision will pass on charges the direct shipping costs for freight with Australia. Minimum shipping charge is $20, and will vary depending on the weight\bulk and location the item is being shipped to. We have identified items in our system that are ‘big and bulky’ that will incur an extra handling charge. Customers are encouraged to contact us first if they are unsure of the shipping charges and require a quotation for the items.

JRB Precision uses Fastway Couriers & Australia Post e-parcel service. A signature will be required on collection.

Shipping times will vary depending on stock levels and shipping option, depending on the location shipping may take up to 28 days.

Dangerous Goods such as ammunition\powder cannot be transported within Australia and is for INSTORE PICKUP ONLY.

All items on the website are listed in Australian Dollars

International Orders.

JRB Precision can assist customers who are located outside Australia and wish to purchase items listed on our website. Please contact us to enquire regarding freight costs and if we can send the items to your location. We cannot export all items, and some items will be subject to customer supplied EXPORT PERMITS.

Returns Policy

Products sold by JRB Precision are covered under Australian consumer law. We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. What we do cover is manufacturers faults that cause a product to have a major problem, is unsafe or significantly different from the sample or description provided. Please keep your proof of purchase to help with the return process.
All custom ordered products require a 50% non refundable deposit. 

New Products

New products are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty usually serviced in Australia by the product's importer. JRB Precision will assist in the return of products it has sold to relevant manufacturer/importer. JRB Precision has no control over the warranty process once the item submitted to the manufacturer/importer.

Note: Freight costs involved in the warranty process may be the responsibility of the customer as part of this process unless otherwise agreed on.

Used Products

Used firearms are sold on an as-is basis, it is the purchasers responsibility to make reasonable enquiries as to its condition, performance and its fit-for-purpose.

Returns Process

Items to be returned to JRB Precision must be accompanied with a RA please contact us via email to arrange an RA to be raised for your item. JRB Precision recommends that the original packaging is retained to help facilate the returns process.
